What?
The importance of olive trees in human history is mentioned in all holy books, creation and foundation myths, ancient or classical mythology. Olive and olive trees are adorned with meanings loaded with abundance, fertility, peace and wisdom.
We named our brand the First Tree, based on the fact that the olive tree, which is referred to with respect throughout the adventure of human history, is accepted as one of the first trees.
Our Gardens
Where are we?
Our products, which we obtain from Memecik and Trilye olives from the gardens of Şirince in İzmir, Davutlar in Kuşadası and Şenköy in Milas, our olives that we harvest with care, are untouched in the factory, under 25°, by mechanical and high-tech methods, by cold pressing. It is provided with high quality and hygienic conditions by preserving the healthy components of the olive fruit, and we deliver our extra virgin olive oils, which we obtain below 0.4 acidity, to your tables.
Ayşegül Yimsek Özkara
Who?
Ayşegül Yimsek Özkara was born in 1986 in İzmir. After graduating from İzmir Private Ege High School, she graduated from Bilkent University, Department of International Relations. He then completed his master's degree at Bilgi University, Department of Marketing Communications. After working in the marketing and advertising departments of tourism and retail companies for many years, she took a break from the corporate world with the birth of her daughter.
Ayşegül Yimsek Özkara is a Mediterranean woman who is integrated with that culture because she was born and raised in the Aegean. He set out with the desire to carry the Mediterranean father's love of soil and olives and his investment in soil to a professional level, to raise the flag he inherited from his father to a higher level, to create a brand perception at the international level and to benefit his country, believing that the future of the country is in agriculture.
